Data We Collect
We collect and process only the data necessary to deliver the bioparse service: clinic and doctor account information, patient report data provided by clinics, and technical usage data (server logs, error tracking).
Patient health data is processed on behalf of the clinic (data processor role). The clinic remains the data controller for patient data and is responsible for obtaining appropriate patient consent.
Data Storage and Residency
All data is stored on EU-based servers. No personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area. Our infrastructure is hosted on Vercel with EU region configuration.
Data Retention
Patient report data is retained for the duration of the clinics active contract plus 30 days. Account data is deleted within 30 days of contract termination upon request.
Your Rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@bioparse.co.
GDPR Information
bioparse operates as a data processor for clinics using our platform. We process patient data on behalf of the clinic under a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) compliant with GDPR Article 28.
Clinics using bioparse remain the data controller for their patient data and must ensure they have appropriate legal basis (typically patient consent or legitimate medical interest) for sharing patient data with bioparse.
